Melting chocolate will be quick and easy with this machine. Those digital melters have been conceived and designed to melt and to keep chocolate in temperature.
Their structure is made of durable heat-resistant plastic, the stainless steel removable containers complete of lid are very sturdy and easy to clean, moreover the machines are equipped with a digital thermostat to accurately adjust the temperature up to 50°C.
The probe to detect temperature is in direct contact with the chocolate.
Our chocolate melters use a dry heating system, without water, both on the bottom and on the sides to guarantee a homogeneous temperature.
