This professional infrared thermometer is designed to offer accuracy, speed and maximum convenience, making it ideal for professional kitchens, the food industry and technical applications requiring frequent, non-contact measurements. Lightweight, compact and easy to use, it enables fast and hygienic temperature control thanks to IR measurement.
Operation is straightforward: simply point the alignment laser at the surface to be measured and pull the trigger. During each measurement, the instrument also displays the maximum recorded temperature, allowing complete monitoring of the surface being analysed. The absence of contact eliminates any risk of food or surface contamination.
The large, backlit LCD display makes reading easy even in poor lighting conditions. The measured temperature, maximum recorded temperature and battery status are clearly displayed. To optimise power consumption, the thermometer has an automatic switch-off after 15 seconds of inactivity.
The device supports a 12:1 optical ratio: this means that at a distance of 60 cm the diameter of the measurement area will be only 5 cm, guaranteeing an accurate and targeted reading. The fixed emissivity of 0.95 makes this instrument suitable for a wide range of food, surface and industrial applications.
For added convenience, the thermometer comes with a handy belt thermometer holder, ideal for keeping it handy during monitoring activities.
