Serrated knifewithout tip, available with blade in two lengths, 26 and 36 cm. Ideal for cutting bread or products with crust.
Stainless steel blade with serrated sharpness and rounded tip, forged from a single piece of steel that continues inside the handle and locked securely with three rivets. This expedient makes the knife very resistant to wear and tear.
Ergonomic handle made of non-slip food-grade plastic.
Dishwasher safe, although for the perfect maintenance of the blade è it is advisable to wash it by hand without using harsh detergents.
