Sieves for C80 passer, four hole diameters available, 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm. Each sieve has special features that make it preferable for specific processing.
0.5 MM SIEVE:
Sieve designed to filter fibers and impuritiesà finer, to be used in addition to the 1 mm sieve. Particularly suitable for berries, chestnuts, and vegetable beverages made from, for example, coconut, almonds, etc.
1 MM SIEVE:
Supplied as standard in the strainer è suitable for tomatoes, peppers, apple compote, fish and shellfish soups.
3 MM SIEVE:
Suited for olives, cherries and plums.
5 MM SIEVE:
Indicated for apricots, peaches and prunes.
