Small professional or household slicer model SMART. Compact dimensions but features that are no match for larger professional models.
This fantastic slicer has a die-cast base with a white food enamel finish to add a touch of colour to your kitchen. Anodised aluminium web, plate and blade cover and a die-cast aluminium product press with shaped teeth to perfectly clamp the product to be sliced. Blade available in 22 or 25 cm diameter.
Ventilated continuous duty motor well detached from the blade for easy cleaning. Carriage slide on self-lubricating bushings and lapped pins. Built-in sharpener with cast body and double grinder as standard. Blade inclined at 25°.
Ideal machine for cutting cooked ham, salami, vegetables and cooked meat. Also suitable (but not ideal) for bread, cheese, boneless ham, fresh meat and fish.
