Sharp stainless steel bladeand rounded tip, forged from a single piece of steel that continues inside the handle and locked firmly with three rivets. This expedient makes the knife very resistant to wear and tear.
Ergonomic handle made of non-slip food-grade plastic.
Dishwasher safe, although for the perfect maintenance of the blade è it is advisable to wash it by hand without using harsh detergents.
