Mould for panBocconeprofessional. Three models available, 4 squares of 8.5x8.5 cm, 6 squares 8.5x12.5 cm, and 12 squares 12.5x16.5 cm, ideal for incidereel'dough and get the number of mouthfuls wanted. Each square is 4x4x3(h.) cm.
This mold è consists of two components, a comfortable and sturdy handle welded to a stainless steel plate and the plot itself made of food-grade plastic. The two parts are joined by steel screws that make the mold a single body, resistant to very frequent use. The part of the mold grid has a height of 3 cm to allowvidi significantly engrave the dough, and è realized in such a way as to be able to perform this operation easily and accurately. Each square is without a bottom or is provided with a hole, so as to avoid the formation of uncomfortable air bubbles, which could hinder the perfect plaid pattern of this delicious bread.
