The Tentazione MAX digital electric oven with GT4 technology is designed for those who want professional performance in their home kitchen and seek performance even superior to the GT3 version. Thanks to its advanced heat-reflection system, it provides uniform cooking, reduced heating times and rapid temperature recovery between pizzas, ensuring consistent results even at high temperatures.

The cooking chamber is made of polished mirror stainless steel, a material chosen to improve durability and thermal reflection. The mirror finish also allows you to clearly see the pizza crust from every angle, making baking management easier. The 41.5 x 41.5 cm baking surface provides ample, versatile space ideal for Neapolitan pizza, focaccia, bread, desserts and many other preparations.

The baking stone is available in biscotto versions of 2 or 3 cm in thickness.

The external stainless steel structure is durable, easy to clean and features a ceramic-glass and steel door to enhance heat distribution. The optimized 3000W heating elements quickly reach 500°C, offering pizzeria-level performance with reduced energy consumption. The digital display provides full cooking control with 6 programs, separate adjustment of upper and lower elements, and real-time measurement of both chamber and base temperature.
