This type of wood is characterized by perl'elasticity and resistance to compression. Fundamental characteristics to face the heat of the oven without major deformations or breaking points.
The milled tip and the particular wedge shape of the paddle allow you to easily collect the bread.The gradual thickening towards the end of the blade adds the right overall strength to withstand the weight of the bread without giving way.
The "U" ending is very thick and creates a perfect place to graft the handle, the through holes allow you to pass the bolts of attachment easily and to create an extremely strong attachment to the handle.
All edges are rounded to avoid splinters and help the shovel slide.
