Uncle Pepe's pizza blade stand, total size 9x44x3(h.) cm. Ideal for supporting the blade for baking, the one for cooking and the brush.
Made of multilayer beech wood from the thickness of 3 cm, finely crafted to obtain, in addition to a great facilità of use, also a very pleasant aesthetic effect. The support consists of a central milling22cm long, which, thanks to the wide entrance and thelateral chamferingallows you to store a baking paddle very easily and stably.
On the sideswe find two 4.5cm-diameter holes, perfect for supporting, either twobaking shovels or one for baking and a brush. All the millingsare designedto mix the stabilityà of the shovel and the easeàd'd insertion and extraction of tools.
