1-litre steel siphon, total dimensions 15x9x38(h.) cm. Ideal for both cold and hot preparations, such as whipped cream, mousse, cakes, foams, desserts and even hot sauces. Also perfect for garnishing cappuccinos, coffee and ice cream.
The cup and dome are made of steel, a metal ideal on the one hand to withstand the pressures generated inside the siphon, up to a maximum of 30 bar, and on the other hand very easy to clean and sanitise. The cartridge holder is also made of knurled steel to facilitate grip when inserting and tightening the nitrous oxide cartridge. Dome with a special cylindrical shape for easy grip.
Steel dispensing lever with smooth action, very comfortable to use. Three steel decorating nozzles complete with adapter and a handy cleaning brush included in the package.
