Aluminium cream siphon

Aluminium siphon, available in two sizes, 0.5 and 1 litre. To be used only for cold preparations such as whipped cream, foams, desserts and sauces.

The cup and dome are made of aluminium, a metal ideal on the one hand to withstand the pressures generated inside the siphon, up to a maximum of 30 bar, and on the other hand very practical thanks to its lightness and ease of cleaning. The cartridge holder is also made of knurled aluminium to facilitate grip when inserting and tightening the nitrous oxide cartridge.

Steel dispensing lever with smooth action, very comfortable to use. Included in the package are three food-grade plastic decorating nozzles complete with aluminium adapter and a handy cleaning brush.
