Steel siphon of 1 liter, total dimensions 15x9x38(h.) cm. Idealfor both cold and hot preparations, such as whipped cream, mousse, cakes, foams,desserts and sauces even hot. Also perfect for garnishing cappuccinos, cafè and ice cream.
The tumbler and the dome are made of steel, a metal ideal on the one hand to withstand the pressures generated inside the siphon, up to a maximum of 30 bar, and on the other hand very easy to clean and sanitize.
The cartridge holder is also made of galvanized steel to facilitate the grip when inserting and forcibly tightening the nitrous oxide cartridge. Particularly cylindrical shaped cap for easy grip.
Steel release lever with harmonious movement and very comfortable to use. Included in the package are three steel decorating nozzles complete with adapterand a handy cleaning brush.
