Upper lever made of very durable and lightweight plastic material,equipped with a convenient rotating knob, which thanks to its special mushroom shape provides an excellent grip. This lever has two positions, a vertical one to insert the blade inside the tin and a horizontal one to allow the circular movement that actually opens the lid of the can.

The cutting unit is housed within a solid chrome-plated metal frame, where we find the bladeand the steel drive wheel, both of which are easily replaced when worn. The rod, made of tubular stainless steel square section, gives a solid structure that well withstands the pressure of cutting and rotation.

Smooth and polished stainless steel base, which allows easy sliding of the rod on one side, and which on the other provides a supporting surface where the can can rotate without friction, making the opening operation not a little easier. This part of the can opener, must befixed firmly to the bench by means of the clamp present at the bottom.

As you have the possibility of drilling holes in the workbench, you will also find in the package two screws that can be used as additional fasteners.In fact, by passing these screws through the holes in the sides of the base and the table top you can lock the can opener as firmly as possible.
