COMPACTA 4 Countertop Combination Ice Cream Machine

Compacta 4 is the first combined countertop machinefor ice cream that allows you to complete the’entire production cycle of artisanalGelato; in the upper part there is the kettle cylinder, to pasteurize the mixtures, while in the lower part there is the horizontal cylinder of the mantecatore.

With a small space and a low investment,Compacta 4encloses an entire ice cream laboratory in a’single countertop machine, which allows the production of high quality artisanal ice cream.

The mixer è horizontal, into the hopper of the upper cylinder the ingredients are poured and finely mixed. The'high speed of rotation allows the complete dispersion of dry ingredients in the mixture.

For pasteurization, simply press the heat button starting the cilco, which can be adjusted up to 95°C. An audible/visual signal alerts when the temperature è been reached. The ready mixture is transferred to the freezing cylinder through the external tap, which can be easily disassembled and washed.

For the whipping function, simply press the button with the cone, the ice cream production cycle starts. A beep/visual signal alerts when the ice cream è ready. The ice cream è extraction is quick and complete thanks to the high speed of rotation of the paddles and the ice cream output.

The Compacta 4 system ensures perfect consistency for both simple and variegated mixtures.

Fireplace cooling system with air outlet from the top allows for more space inside the laboratory. Continuous production è guaranteed by the presence of two cylinders working simultaneously, while the first mixture è in mantecation, the second is pasteurized in the upper cylinder: all the ice cream you want in sequential production.
