The DOT model oven thermometer is a professional instrument designed to guarantee precision, ease of use and reliability during cooking. Simply set the desired temperature with the two dedicated buttons, insert the probe into the food and wait: when the set temperature is reached, the thermometer emits a loud 70 dB alarm and flashes, allowing you to keep the cooking status under control at all times without risking overcooking or inaccuracies. The measuring range goes from -50 to +300°C, covering all the needs of professional and home cooking.

The large LCD display ensures quick and easy reading, even from a distance or in crowded kitchens. The device is housed in a robust, water-resistant case, designed to last even under demanding working conditions. It can be placed on a table thanks to the removable pedestal or attached directly to the oven via the rear magnet.

Each thermometer is equipped with a removable core probe, connected via a dedicated jack. The probe is made with a 114 mm thermistor sensor and reduced tip for ultra-fast response to temperature changes. The 120 cm long cable is sheathed in stainless steel for strength, safety and long life.
