This digital pocket thermometer is designed to ensure precision, reliability and safety in food control. The AISI 316 stainless steel probe is specifically designed for penetration and is ideal for semi-solid products, making it perfectly compatible with HACCP regulations.

It offers highly accurate measurements with an error margin of only ±0.2°C and a wide operating range of -50 to +150°C. Extremely durable, it is constructed with an IP65 watertight seal that protects it from condensation, seepage and accidental damage, making it a reliable instrument even in the most demanding environments. It also features a protective probe cap that is robust and space-saving.

The digital display is large, clear and parallax-free, ensuring optimal readability from different angles. The device is optimised to function properly in a wide range of ambient temperatures.

Thanks to the CalCheck system, the thermometer automatically checks calibration when it is switched on, ensuring reliable measurements every time. In the event of a calibration error, 'Err' appears on the display to alert the user immediately.

The battery, under continuous use, has a life of approximately 3000 hours. It is also possible to set the automatic switch-off between 8 and 60 minutes or to switch it off completely according to operational requirements.
