Digital thermometer with T-type thermocouple ultrarapid probe

Digital thermometer with 1 m flexible silicon cable connecting the AISI 316 stainless steel probe to the instrument. Recommended for food control as it is compatible with HACCP standards, in particular the probe is suitable for food contact according to EC Regulation 1935/2004. In addition, this instrument is certified according to EN13485:2001 which has stringent requirements for accuracy, response time, operating and storage conditions, applied to the measurement of temperatures of food products (chilled, frozen or deep-frozen), during transport, storage and preservation.

This thermometer provides very precise measurements with an accuracy ±0.4°C in a wide measuring range from -50 to +300°C, very durable, compact and ergonomic, takes away any worries about condensation or breakage. Built with a watertight IP65 type è complete with protective silicone shell included in the package.

Equipped with a LCDdigital display easy to read without parallax problems, allows a'wide viewing angle. The display also shows the stability indicator, which is an hourglass that blinks until the reading becomes stable and it is possible to record the temperature.

CalCheck system independently verifies the calibration at power-on to always have accurate measurements. In the event of problems with the calibration, set with a margin of error of ±0.3°C, it immediately warns the user with the appearance of "Err" on the display. In addition to this function we find the BEPS system that prevents any errors due to low batteries.

The 95mm long probe with a diameter of only 1.6mm incorporates an incredibly fast T-type thermocouple sensor that reaches 90% of the reading in just 4 seconds. The small diameter also allows penetration of solid and semi-solid products.

The battery with continuous use has a life of 3500 with low battery alarm below 10% of charge, the instrument will turn off automatically when the level of charge è too low and could affect the accuracy of the reading. It is still possible to set the automatic switch-off between 8 and 60 min, or alternatively, this function can be disabled.
