Made of Moplen (polypropylene), a type of soft plastic, è resistant to impact and temperature changes. This grid è was designed to be placed on the bottom of pizza dough boxes, with the purpose of allowing the pouring of products that release liquid substances, without the product remaining soaking but on a dry surface. Very useful for products such as mozzarella, mushrooms, etc.
