Pizza dough containers "Service" 12Liters stackable, size 60x40x7(h.) cm. Especially suitable for professional use due to the dimensions designed for refrigerated counters and box trolleys.
Made of HD (high-density polyethylene), they guarantee resistance to impact, temperature changes and wear and tear. Lateral ribs give structural rigidity and non-deformability, even when full.
Ideal for being stacked in stable stacks even if composed ofdifferent pieces, this characteristic makes them perfect for storage, with a considerable saving of space in the laboratory, or for transport; in addition, each upper box acts as a lid for the lower one, preventing the passage of air and the formation of the troublesome surface film on the dough. Each stack will thus need only one lid for the upper cassette.
