This electric bain-marie is made of finely satin-finished stainless steel and is heated by means of armoured electrical elements applied to the bottom of the moulded tank. Thanks to its rounded shape and the absence of any encumbrances inside, the tank is easy to clean.The temperature is regulated by a thermostat that ranges from 30 to 90°C. It is also equipped with a switch and double indicator light for the on and temperature control functions. The feet are adjustable
