Robot Coupe Robot Cook, the first kitchen machine designed for professionals. This food processor è capable of homogenizing, crushing, blending, chopping, mixing and kneading everything to perfection. Added to these countless functions is a modulating heating power up to about 140°C.

Vessel made of 3.7-liter stainless steel, ideal for large productions and therefore able to adapt to the needs of professionals. Watertight lid with anti-splash safety and anti-vapor functionwhich allows at all times the control of the preparation. The pouring hole present in the upper partallowsto add ingredientswithout having to stop the preparation in progress. The lid è also has a scraper blade for more delicate and homogeneous preparations. The bowl also è equipped with the innovative knife-holding system for safe emptying.

Powerful single-phase industrial asynchronous motor that is incredibly quiet, unnoticeable in kitchen agitation. Adjustable temperature up to 140°C.

Robot Cook è features four speeds:

• Variable speed from 100 to 3500 rpm
• Speedà "Turbo" from 4500 rpm
• Blending speedà "R-Mix" with knife in reverse rotation from -100 to -500 rpm.
• Intermittent speed that allows the knife to rotate every 2 seconds at low speed.

Also included you will find two knives, a fine toothed one designed specifically for the Blender function and a smooth knife for the Cutter function.

All food-contact parts disassemble easily and are dishwasher safe.
