Lid for pizza dough trays

Pizza dough box cover, sizes available 30x40 and 60x40 cm.

Made of Moplen (polypropylene), a type of soft food-grade plastic that is resistant to impact and temperature changes. Complete with side handles to make it easier to grip the box and an interlocking system. This system, with a little pressure, allows the lid to close around the entire perimeter of the cassette and efficiently prevents contact between the dough and air, preventing the formation of the annoying surface film on the dough. Removing it, however, remains a very easy operation, simply pulling slightly outward on the edge of the lid to open it.
