Aluminum and wood shovel to bake baking pans of 51x24cm.
Baking shovel made of a single aluminum casting, light thanks to the material used and the perforated structure in the head part. The wedge shape allows you to have a good invitation to collect the pans, while the thickening towards the coupling with the handle gives a considerable resistance to weight.
The wooden board is fixed to the structure by 13 flat-head rivets, which guarantee great strength and improve sliding. In addition, this part is well inserted into the aluminum structure to create a perfectly smooth and continuous surface.
The seat for the hooking of the handle is circular with a diameter of 3 cm and a depth of 7, and is intended to create a firm connection to increase the total strength of the blade and to accommodate the flexibility. In the center of this seat you will find a pre-set hole to insert a locking screw. Alternatively, it is always possible to drill a hole in the aluminum to change the position of the screw. The seat of the manicosporta clearly with respect to the line of the blade to serve as an end stop and support the back of the pan facilitating the loading and transport of the material.
