Bread pan pan cob professional mold, made entirely of plastic suitable for food contact. Dimensions 16.5x8.5cm, ideal for engraving the dough and get once cooked the typical shape of small loaves.

This mold has a comfortable and sturdy handle attached with two steel screws to the front to prevent it from breaking easily after prolonged use. The grid part of the mold has a height of 1.8cm to allow you to significantly engrave the dough, and is made in such a way as to be able to perform this operation easily and accurately. Each hexagon has a hole in the bottom, so as to avoid the formation of uncomfortable air bubbles, which could ruin the perfect texture of this famous bread.
