Blade made of 18/10 stainless steel, characterized in the inner part,by aparticular corrugated processing designed to ensure nonstick and prevent the dough or ingredients from sticking during cutting. In the outer part along the entire circumferencewe find a very sharp smooth band that allows a precise and easy to practice cutting.

The blade attachment arm, also made of 18/10 stainless steel, has a curved shape to facilitate the cutting operation and ends with a large riveted rivet that on one side well supports the cutting pressure and on the other holds the blade in place. This part è grafted firmly to the handle in such a way as to form a structurally very solid single body.

Straight handle made of polypropylene in an ergonomic and accident-preventing shape with a double hand-saving thickening near the blade. This part è also has a hole to allow you to be able to hang the pizza cutter wheel once used.
