Structure in rigid cardboard, very resistant and ideal for handling the pan when empty or full. The single ramekins are also made of cardboard and have a festooned rim to improve presentation. They also have flared sides for easy removal.
With this tray you can cut the number of mini-plumcakes you want to make according to the number of people or the size of the oven. In fact, thanks to the rhombus-shaped holes in the structure, cutting is quick and easy.
