Comfortable and robust polyethylene scraper for the cleaning of logs and cutting boards. The upper handle allows to exert a considerable force on the instrument during scraping and, at the same time, to maintain a firm grip.
The blade is replaceable simply unscrewing the cross screw placed on the bottom of the scraper. Spare blades with 4 cutting edges are available separately.
