Rotary oven tray trolley steel AISI 304

Professional trolleys for rotor type ovens. Made to measure by craftsmen in AISI 304 stainless steel, they are mounted on Teflon wheels for high temperatures with swivel supports. They can be customized and are distinguished by their strength and durability.

The structure è made of tubular stainless steel with guides "L" carefully welded, the guides allow you to insert the trays from both sides helping those who have laboratories moreù content. In addition, the horizontal supports are equipped with double folds on both sides to prevent material from slipping during handling. They are equipped with an upper or lower hook (depending on the oven model) to be connected to the rotation system and with a guide on the opposite side for a perfect positioning on the turntable. Each one is manufactured according to the technical characteristics of the oven to which they refer.

Stable and functional, they are easy to manoeuvre even when fully loaded and are not subject to temperature fluctuations or accidental knocks.

The trolleys on this page are made of AISI 304 steel: this is an austenitic steel, this type of material resists corrosion perfectly and is easy to clean with an excellent hygiene coefficient. Recommended to be placed in the cell.
