The Professional Silicone Tapis Roulade is the ideal tool for pastry shops, craft workshops and chefs who want to make sweet and savoury rolls, mousses, biscuits and spoon desserts with precision and uniformity.

Made of platinised food-grade silicone with a reinforced rim, it is resistant, non-stick and suitable for extreme temperatures (-60 °C to +230 °C). Thanks to its flexible structure and containing rim, it allows for even preparations and easy demoulding without breakage.

Available in three different sizes, the Tapis Roulade guarantees maximum versatility and professional performance in every workshop:
