Microperforated Air Mat, sizes available 30x40, 52x31.5 and 60x40 cm.

Made of silicone with a fiberglass core, they are ideal for cooking éclair, petits-four, bread and pizza. Thanks to the holes, the mats do not block convective circulation inside the oven, this ensures that heat is transmitted evenly and unobstructed over the entire surface, guaranteeing optimal baking on both the top and bottom of the mats.

Perfect for use in conjunction with our microperforated aluminum baking pans.

Microperforated mats can also be used as a stand for freezing, they are non-slip and non-stick.
