The Linea Azzurra turn and bake stand out for their solidityà and lightness, made entirely of stainless steel to avoid transmittance of oven heat.
The head è hooked firmly to the handle by means of 3 stainless steel rivets and è characterized bythree ribs strategically positioned to strengthen the head and allow it to better support the weight of the pizza when it is taken out of the oven.
The sliding handle and intermediate handle are made of a special high-density polymer that is particularly resistant to impact and heat.
The sliding element is also fitted to the bottom of the handle so that the post, stacked with the head at the bottom, can be gripped correctly immediately
