Bread mold striped, built entirely of stainless steel. Available in two sizes, 10x8 and 10x15cm, ideal for engraving the dough, which once baked, will assume the typical shape of this Italian bread.
This mold has a comfortable and sturdy handle welded to the front, practically perfect to last over time, even with frequent use. The mold itself has a height of 2cm to allowvidi significantly engrave the dough, an operation further facilitated by the strength and reduced thickness of steel that penetrates the dough without anyproblem.
An important peculiarity is the construction of the weave with parallel blades that are actually welded in pairs, in fact each blade is part of a "U" that includes two and that has allowed to weld to the main plate this design in an extremely stable and resistant way.
Easy to wash and sanitize even in the dishwasher.
