Pizza spatula, incredibly solid and rigid, perfect for easily getting under dough balls and lifting them up. The plastic material also makes it shockproof, not afraid of accidental falls, scratch-resistant, if used to scrape the pizza boxes do not mark or scratch them keeping them always intact without annoying ripples that could eventually ruin even the balls of dough. The surface of the blade is smooth to facilitate the sliding of the tool and decrease the friction with the dough.
Molded in a single block, the blade is joined to the handle through a cylindrical base very solid to avoid breakage, from which the ribs running along the triangular part. This spatula as resistance has nothing to envy to the same model in steel Gi.Metal.
The special polymer used for the spatulaè also heat resistant, if forgotten near a plate or oven canò resist up to 200°C.
