This professional digital thermometer is designed to ensure precision, durability and reliability in food temperature control. Equipped with a 115 cm flexible silicone cable, it connects the instrument to the AISI 316 stainless steel probe, suitable for penetration and ideal for semi-solid products, liquids, air and frozen foods. Thanks to its compliance with HACCP standards, it is a safe and reliable solution for restaurants, food laboratories and professional kitchens.
It ensures highly accurate measurements with a margin of ±0.2°C and a wide operating range of -50 to +150°C. The extremely durable IP65-rated design allows worry-free work in harsh environments, even in the presence of condensation or humidity.
The large and easily readable digital LCD display is parallax-free and offers an excellent viewing angle. The integrated CalCheck system automatically performs a calibration check at switch-on and signals any errors by displaying 'Err' on the display.
The probe, 10 cm long and 3.5 mm in diameter, incorporates an NTC thermistor sensor that guarantees high performance, great accuracy and very fast response times. The battery offers an autonomy of 2000 hours in continuous use, with the possibility of setting the automatic switch-off between 8 and 60 minutes or switching it off completely.
