This shovel of the Amica Line, designed for shallow ovens and occasional use, combines two features, strength and aesthetics.
Made of aluminised sheet metal with the aim of resisting heat more effectively even when used in a wood-burning oven, a fundamental characteristic for a shovel that remains inside the cooking chamber for a long time. The perfectly round head is joined to the handle by a tried and tested system of three metal rivets positioned to form a triangle as in professional shovels.
Because it has been conceived for medium-small ovens, which are very often found in the homes of enthusiasts, the aesthetics have also been taken care of. The blade is light and elegant to the eye, embellished by the terminal and the runner, as in the professional blades, in an elegant black colour in thermoresitent polymer that favours a good grip and smoothness.
