Half-moon shapeguarantees a perfect cut of the pizza pan allowing you to get very close to the edges without losing cutting quality.
The tubular handle, also made of stainless steel, givesa solid and very comfortable grip, able to withstand the pressure exertedfor cutting without problems. The tubular part è obtained from the same sheet of steel as the blade folded ad hoc to form a perfect cylinder, this expedient allows on the one hand to have a very solid tool and on the other hand to have no joint points where dirt could lurk.
