The ChefAlarm professional oven thermometer is an advanced instrument designed for those who require maximum precision, total control and ease of use during cooking. With its fully programmable timer, you can manage countdowns or timings up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, making it ideal for long, slow or complex cooking.

The practical keypad allows you to simultaneously set and display all the necessary information: current temperature, minimum and maximum recorded temperature, set values for alarms, alarm volume and timer. Everything is constantly under control, without having to scroll through menus or buttons.

The large, backlit LCD display ensures clear readability even from a distance or in poorly lit kitchens. The alarm can reach up to 92 dB, making it perfectly audible even in crowded and noisy environments such as professional kitchens.

The thermometer is housed in a robust, water-resistant ABS case and can be placed on a table using the integrated stand or attached directly to the oven using the magnet on the back.

Each ChefAlarm is equipped with a removable jack probe, made from a humidity-resistant thermistor sensor, 130 mm long and with a short tip to ensure fast response to temperature changes. The 120 cm long probe cable is sheathed in stainless steel for high protection and long life.
The package also includes a practical hard case with a zip fastener for safe transport of the instrument.
