The glass bulb is held perfectly in place by metal tabs integrated into the cage structure itself. This solution creates a single, solid body between the glass component and the outer casing, eliminating any possibility of displacement. The measuring liquid, mercury-free and red in colour, ensures excellent readability also thanks to the contrast with the yellow full scale.
The precise, individually graduated scale offers a measuring range from 80 to 200°C, ideal for all stages of sugar cooking. The instrument is also induction compatible. The total length is 30.5 cm.
