Digital thermometer with T-type thermocouple ultrarapid probe

This professional digital thermometer is designed to ensure maximum precision and reliability in monitoring food temperatures, compliant with the requirements of professional kitchens, the food industry and HACCP applications. The 1-meter flexible silicone cable connects the AISI 316 stainless steel probe to the instrument, ensuring food safety and high durability. The probe is suitable for food contact according to EC Regulation 1935/2004.

The instrument is certified according to EN13485:2001, which defines strict requirements for accuracy, response times, operating and storage conditions for measuring the temperature of food products during transport, storage and preservation.

It guarantees an accuracy of ±0.4°C within a range between -50 and +300°C. Compact, ergonomic and highly durable, it is built with IP65 waterproof protection.

The digital LCD display is clear, easy to read and free from parallax issues, providing a wide viewing angle. The screen also shows a stability indicator: an hourglass icon that flashes until the measurement stabilises and can be recorded.

The CalCheck system automatically verifies calibration at start-up and immediately warns of any issues by displaying “Err”, based on a maximum tolerance of ±0.3°C. The BEPS system further prevents errors caused by low batteries.

The probe, 100 mm long and only 1.6 mm in diameter, features an extremely fast type-T thermocouple sensor that reaches 90% of the reading in just 4 seconds. Thanks to its reduced diameter, it is ideal for penetrating solid and semi-solid products.

The battery offers 3500 hours of continuous use and includes an alarm when the charge drops below 10%. The device switches off automatically when the battery level is too low to ensure accurate readings. Automatic shut-off can be set between 8 and 60 minutes, or disabled completely.
