The turning and churning pole of the Evolution Line is made entirely of stainless steel, solid and light, with an aviation colour and the perforation typical of this series. The latter has in fact been studied at length by Gi.Metal engineers with the aim of achieving the lowest possible friction and, thanks to the oblique lines, the maximum flour discharge in two directions.
The bottom of the handle and the intermediate sliding handle are made of a special high-density polymer that is highly resistant to impact and heat.
The sliding element is also fitted to the bottom of the handle so that the post, stacked with the head at the bottom, can be gripped correctly immediately
