Blade entirely made of stainless steel for maximum heat resistance given the prolonged permanence of this type of blade in the pizza oven.
The head è joined to the handle by three steel rivets for maximum stability and strength once the pizza is loaded on the shovel.
The perforation allows to increase the friction during the movement of the pizza and topromote the passage of heat.
