Lapala "4 Stagioni" di Zio Pepe è constructed in hygienically approved aluminium alloy. The shapes and workmanship of the dish are designed to facilitate and speed up the baking of the pizza. In addition, the microporosity of the surface of the head allows less flour to be used for unloading/loading the unbaked pizza. The triangular shaped perforation ensures thedischarging of excess flour for cleaner ovens and better baking.
The grooved handle ensures that heat is dissipated sooner thanks to the increased surface area for heat exchange with the air, thus preventing it from getting too hot. In addition to this, the grooves help smoothness and increase the grip when needed.
The joint between the plate and the handle è secured by a wedge and a unique hooking system that guarantees greatresistance to stress over time. (Watch the video for more information).
